How to import HBYC events into Outlook

If you use Outlook it is possible to import the clubs events into your calendar. Here are some brief instructions on how.

Only do this once or you will end up with duplicate events!
(Make a backup of your mail file before you start.)

1. Download HBYC-2009-2010 Calendar.ics

2. In Outlook click on File -> Import and output, then select 'Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vsc)

3. Select HBYC-2009-2010 Calendar.ics from where you downloaded it to and click Ok.
